Tokenforge
A clearer story for a complex financial product.
A full marketing site redesign and Webflow rebuild for Tokenforge, with us leading planning, art direction, development, and animation direction alongside UI and motion designers.

Brief
Tokenforge helps asset managers bring real-world assets onto the blockchain. Its existing site had fallen behind the product, with a dated visual identity and an unclear explanation of the technical offering.
The project called for a complete overhaul. The new site needed to explain the platform more clearly, present it appropriately to institutional buyers, and give the team room to expand its content. We led the project end to end, directing a UI designer and motion designer through design and production.

Solution
Start with the structure
Discovery with the client established the business goals, audience, and technical requirements. A new site structure and initial wireframes gave the design work a clear starting point.
We shaped the visual direction and reviewed the UI throughout production, keeping the layouts and brand expression aligned with the audience and the product.

Develop the illustrations and motion together
Animated illustrations were a central part of the homepage. We worked with the UI designer on illustration structure and layering, then with the motion designer on production and integration.
Custom playback controls managed the multiple Lottie animations on the page so they ran only when needed. GSAP and custom code handled the supporting interactions.

Build for ongoing use
The designs became responsive Webflow pages with reusable components and a maintainable structure, with us handling development directly so design intent survived the build. The client's team could extend the site using that foundation as new content was needed.

Result
Tokenforge launched with a clearer presentation of a complex offering, a visual identity appropriate to institutional buyers, and animated illustrations that carry the explanation the old site couldn't. Strategy, art direction, and development ran through one lead, with specialist designers brought in where the work needed them, and the result is a Webflow system the team continues to use.
