Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Have a question about your project?
Send a brief or book a call.

Which platforms do you build on?

Webflow, Astro and Next.js. Webflow suits teams that want to edit and publish visually without a developer. Astro or Next.js fit sites that need custom integrations, heavier interactivity, or should live alongside the product codebase. The platform is recommended on the scope call, based on who edits the site, what it connects to and how it will grow.

Can our team update the site after launch?

Yes, that's what the build is designed for. Pages are assembled from reusable components with set options, so marketing can add a page or swap a section without breaking the layout. Blog posts, case studies, changelogs and job listings run on the CMS. Handoff covers how to edit, add pages and publish.

Can you build from our designer's Figma file?

Yes, that's Production build: from $4K, live in 2–6 weeks. Missing breakpoints, states and interactions get resolved with your designer before they turn into problems in the build. If the file has a design system, its tokens and components carry straight into Webflow or code.

What happens after launch?

30 days of free fixes are included. Most projects become ongoing: new pages, improvements and support on a retainer.

Can you turn an AI prototype into a finished site?

Yes. Prototypes from Claude, v0, Lovable and similar tools usually look right but need work underneath: structure, responsiveness, accessibility, performance and editability. A paid audit comes first and shows what can be kept and what gets rebuilt. The build is then quoted as a fixed fee.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Design + Build starts at $7K and typically goes live in 4–8 weeks. Production build starts at $4K and takes 2–6 weeks. After a 30-minute scope call you get a fixed quote within one business day, and the price only changes if the scope does.

How do we work together during the project?

Direct Slack access to Max for questions and feedback, plus regular design and build reviews. Work is shared as it progresses, in Figma for design and on a staging link for the build, so there's no big reveal at the end. Max is based in Poland (CET) and works with teams across Europe and the US.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of free fixes after launch. After that, new pages and features are quoted as small fixed-fee projects, or covered by a monthly retainer if you expect regular work.

How does ongoing support work?

A monthly retainer reserves Max's time for new pages, landing pages, design updates, performance and accessibility work, and maintenance. Priorities are set together, usually in Slack, and the scope and monthly fee are agreed upfront. Teams with lighter needs can use prepaid hour blocks instead.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Outredge works as a development partner for design and branding agencies, building from the agency's Figma files under their name or credited. That includes new builds, rebuilds and platform migrations for agency clients.

Who will work on the project?

Max Chechel, a design engineer and previously lead Webflow developer at Juice and Paper Tiger. Max designs, builds and stays your contact from the scope call through ongoing support. When a project needs extra design capacity, a trusted specialist joins, with Max still responsible for delivery and quality.
