Brief

Flight Science builds AI-powered tools for airline operations, helping teams manage turbulence, fuel use, and on-time performance. The site needed to explain those products to enterprise buyers while giving the company a clear identity alongside established aviation software.

The brand guidelines were already in place. We developed the web design system, designed the pages, and built the site in Webflow. The work was principal-led across design and development, with no handoffs.

Solution

Extend the brand into a web system

The brand's black, off-white, orange, and blue palette became a system of typography, color, components, iconography, and layouts. That foundation kept the homepage, product pages, Company, and Contact consistent while allowing each page to serve a different purpose.

Organize the pages around buying decisions

The DX, Optimize, and Smart Alerts pages gave each product a focused explanation. Information about fuel savings and turbulence reduction took a prominent place in the layouts, helping visitors connect the technology to operational priorities. UX improvements were made throughout the project to clarify content and tighten flows, from page structure down to individual interactions.

Carry the system through development

The site was built in Webflow on Lumos. Responsive behavior, reusable components, and CMS structure were planned during design, so the build stayed true to the layouts without rework. GSAP reveals, counters, and entrance sequences supported product screenshots and data visualizations.

The same system later supported landing pages for MRO and Flight Ops IT events, built quickly because the components already existed. Each campaign page extended the site without redesigning it.

Result

Flight Science gained a clear identity alongside established aviation software, with a consistent site across its core products and the campaign pages that followed. The design system meant each addition reused what already existed, and design and development stayed under one owner as the scope expanded from the core site to conference campaigns.
